European Shipping Update Brexit Feb 2021
Due to Brexit and the recent change to laws, orders shipped to the EU may now be liable to VAT, import and handling fees. You may have to pay these on receipt of your parcel in line with your countries tariffs. I am not responsible for these costs.
Covid-19 Shipping Update
Due to the current pandemic, we are limiting our post runs to twice a week.
Tuesdays and Fridays
I would recommend choosing tracked shipping at the checkout for international orders as this includes a tracking number and compensation.
Standard shipping does not include a tracking number or compensation, so I would be unable to replace your yarn should anything go wrong.
There are worldwide postal delays due to the pandemic.

All of my postage is purchased from Sue and Steve in my village post office.
Your parcels are dropped there Monday-Friday, within 1-2 working days of your order being received.
UK yarn is posted 2nd class.There is the option to upgrade to 1st Class and Signed for at the checkout. These options are great for larger parcels.
Orders outside of the UK are posted international standard. This does not include a tracking number or compensation.
Should anything happen to your parcel I will be unable to replace your yarn.
There is the option to upgrade to Tracked and Signed at the checkout. I would recommend paying the extra for this service as you will receive a tracking number.
Yarn friends outside of the EU may be liable for custom charges. I am not responsible for these.

If there has been mishap and you receive the incorrect yarn or it is faulty, please contact me asap via the contact form.
If, for any reason you can no longer welcome the yarn into your stash, you can request to return the yarn for a refund, up to 14 days after you receive it. Please contact me to arrange this.
Yarn must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund.
Customer pays for the return tracked postage, with proof of posting and is liable for any damage or loss.
This excludes custom colourways, clubs or advents.
