Shipping to the EU and NI has been paused due to the new GPSR safety laws. I m looking into compliance to reinstate the shipping but this could take some time.

November 2025 Shipping to the US has been re instated and you will pay the 10% tariff at the checkout. I ship via Royal Mail Tracked
Shipping
All of my postage is purchased from Sue and Steve in my village post office.
Your parcels are dropped there Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, within 1-2 working days of your order being received.
UK yarn is posted Tracked 24 or 48.
International standard is available for 1 skein orders with the option to upgrade to tracked. All orders above 1 skein are shipped tracked.
I am not liable for VAT, custom or any other charges applied on delivery outside of the UK
Returns
I hope that you love your yarn when you receive it!
If there has been mishap and you receive the incorrect yarn or it is faulty, please contact me asap via the contact form.
If, for any reason you can no longer welcome the yarn into your stash, you can request to return the yarn for a refund, up to 14 days after you receive it. Please contact me to arrange this.
Yarn must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund.
Customer is liable for any damage or loss.
This excludes custom colourways, clubs or advents.
